We usually do the Christmas brunch but that wasn't available due to Covid. Food was good, service was a little disjointed and there was no Christmas atmosphere in the restaurant. Hope the brunch is back next year. View all feedback.

we booked the NYE election time on the FB page. I received a call on 30 and asked if we wanted to eat in the ballroom or in the restaurant. I asked what is better and they brought us to the restaurant. they called again at 7:40 to nye to tell us that we could come early since fireworks began at 9:00. very late. we arrived at 8:30. if we had arrived at our reserved time, there would have been no service when the carvi... Despite having a reservation, the restaurant was closed.
Christmas Buffet….the food was NOT good and certainly nothing special! Absolutely NOT worth $60 per person…PLUS 18% “service charge”!!!! Won’t make that mistake again!!!!
Don 't be fooled by the photos and menu on their website it 's not remotely upscale. In fact, the entire restaurant appears to have been redone and doesn’t look like the open table photos any longer inside. We scheduled a 6:30 Friday night reservation and indicated it was “date night.” We were sat on the patio facing a tether ball, fire pit, and adjacent to a loud pool between right 2 families with small kids. There were people walking around a walking path and children running everywhere it 's a resort, so the place was busy. The patio has typical metal patio furniture. No table cloths. The Friday night menu was set and family style, so for $100 we had roasted chicken, frozen chicken fried steak, and stale German chocolate cake. There was no mention of this when I made the reservation. The service was fine, but the whole experience was incredibly lackluster. If you 're not staying at the resort, there is absolutely no reason to eat here. I cannot stress enough that it is nothing like it is portrayed online. It is a casual cafe you could maybe have a work lunch at. Deeply misleading and hugely overpriced and disappointing.
First off, We went to the Hyatt for Christmas dinner. We both ended up very sick after the dinner. I am usually not a negative critic but that was one of the worst dinners we ever had. The food tasted like it was not fresh and like it was frozen and defrosted. The meat appeared to be pre-cooked frozen food and was not like the prime rib they advertise. Everything about the dinner was bad. The bread was stale, the cake was still half frozen. Definitely the worst Christmas dinner we have ever had. We booked the hotel because of the dinner but ended up greatly disappointed. I would expect better from a five star hotel.
The service was very slow and had to ask several times to get what we needed,
