The food tasted great and was warm. The prices were somewhat steep, but expected for a kitchen. Many parking spaces. Servers are attentive. Rice was fluffy. Black beans tasted great. "I spend a lot of time at a lot of coffee shops. Flying Squirrel has not only a cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the BEST coffee I have had in the Fort Worth area. (I don't go to Dallas so who knows about them. I was so impressed with the quality of the roast and the bright, fruity flavor of their Costa Rican coffee, I was moved to write this review. Staff was helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation for a joint across the street that had excellent street tacos. I don't live in Mansfield but I will definitely make the drive to come here again. Seriously I mean it when I say this is the best coffee I've had in the area. Worth the trip, no question."

"Clyde was a guest speaker at my meeting yesterday and he brought along with him the signature cookie for sampling. Let me start by saying the cookie was large and very fresh. I normally avoid sweets and sugar, but these were irresistible. I recommend for your next party, holiday or family gathering, stop by and place order. You will be glad you did!
