"I spend a lot of time at a lot of coffee shops. Flying Squirrel has not only a cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the BEST coffee I have had in the Fort Worth area. (I don't go to Dallas so who knows about them. I was so impressed with the quality of the roast and the bright, fruity flavor of their Costa Rican coffee, I was moved to write this review. Staff was helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation for a joint across the street that had excellent street tacos. I don't live in Mansfield but I will definitely make the drive to come here again. Seriously I mean it when I say this is the best coffee I've had in the area. Worth the trip, no question."

"Clyde was a guest speaker at my meeting yesterday and he brought along with him the signature cookie for sampling. Let me start by saying the cookie was large and very fresh. I normally avoid sweets and sugar, but these were irresistible. I recommend for your next party, holiday or family gathering, stop by and place order. You will be glad you did! And so will your friends and family."

"The live music was an exciting treat for us. The food was great and atmosphere was great too. The staff was very friendly, especially the bus boy !
