What Mike Chew doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I have been making orders from them for a while and been pleased. Tonight they left the drinks I ordered out of the delivery. When I called the store they first said that they had no record of the order and then told me that the drinks were not part of the order. Very disappointed that I have to file a complaint with their corporate website. View all feedback.
While always quick and very good, I've noticed a problem recently that has come up, some things that I order seem to not be showing up to my house, especially sauces that I buy. Today I ordered 2 dollars (which doesn't sound like much, but due to exorbitant prices everything adds up to a lot) worth of sauce and none of them showed up with my order. As well as other times items such as my chicken would be a different type than I had ordered, while this only started happening recently, I am still slightly disappointed. In conclusion, the speed, and food still is great as usual, but recently I have noticed a decline in service with items ordered missing.
