10 stars for customer service. today I went through the drive through and ordered (or so I thought) 6 sorted donuts, 2 dozen donut holes and 3 kolaches. he went and prepared the job and came back with two HUGE bags donuts. No, that's not what I ordered. obviously he (or I said) thought I wanted 6 dozen and I obviously accused 75 dollars when I thought he had said 17 dollars. yes. when I explained the mishap, he was quick to get me the partial refund and correct the order. I know that this had to be a pain in the back, and I am sure that some of it was my fault, because he repeated my order back to me and told me how much I owed, and it was not until he gave it to me where I was like wwwwaaaiiiitttt, and he still helped me graciously, and for that I will be a test for living.

medicore kolaches- barely filled. tried a few times because of hype and convenientity. today take up 1 o'clock. No one showed and it wasn't busy. overrated and will not be back. View all feedback.
