What User doesn't like about Springhill Suites By Marriott Austin Cedar Park:
The rooms have very poor lighting. When I asked the front desk for a lamp, I got an email from the manager saying I could have a camping lantern. When I saw it, all I could do was laugh! She said she had no extra lamps and no one to go buy one. I rented the office space and it was a great price and great customer service. I threw a baby shower for about 20 people. Room was very clean and they offered water, coffee and tea. We were able to use the lounge area if needed. I spoke to Nicole who is the sales coordinator and she was extremely nice and very helpful.
