What Pronkles likes about Subway:
while the experience was fine, i noticed that the decor is really outdated. its literally the same as when i worked for the company over 10 years ago, needs a revamp. its not bright and sleek like other subways nearby.the customer service was great but my only issue was that they seemed extremely short staffed. there was one person doing everything, and i mean everything.i was there for a little over 20 minutes and t... Horrible experience.The bathrooms don't work, the guy who served us is a bad person, he did it reluctantly, he threw things away, I felt like he was angry at us, he was a little racist with the way he treated us. View all feedback.

Came here for dinner on March 5th. The food was almost good, but not quite. The service decent. I'm sure we will come back eventually.

"I am not sure what to say. This place was amazing, I am not sure what happened. I used to come here everyday but I can promise that I will ever come again. I came in this morning and got a bowl with chicken shawarma, and a medium side of fries. That was a mistake. The fries are sooo soggy, the garlic sauce has way to much garlic, Workers are rude! There is this young man who goes in to a room in the back and when he comes out he goes talks to the workers for a little bit, and in fact he did more then talked. He was yelling at one of the employees. Last time I came to this place was in January. There was the very nice guy he was a little older in age. He was so nice and he wanted everything perfect. I noticed that he would teach the workers through his son. I'm guessing he did that so the workers don't feel targeted and that was a fantastic strategy. He reminded me of my grandfather. My advise to bring this restaurant back is bring back the amazing atmosphere. Bring back the original manager, Bring back the original food, and lastly make an atmosphere that the workers want to work in not get yelled at."
