"Our son moved here in June and this is hands-down our FAVE place to come and eat! Wonderful vibe, decor, excellent food and beverages. The pumpkin pancakes were AMAZING!!! Avocado toast was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you go out of your way to come here."

"The staff today was rude at 7:26pm I went and they litterally screamed at me and laughed at me through the drive thru. I wont be coming back it was the worst customer service ever and I should have drove off instead of paying. Litterally go anywhere else but here."

"Always great! Miss the garlic salt but from what I've heard that was corporate not allowing them to have it. Corporate is wrong on that call. Sandwiches and soup are excellent and staff is always friendly."

"Lovely ambiance, good service, and great food. It seems their menu always changes with farm-to-table, so you can look forward to something different every visit. Appetizers we tried were duck confit gnocchi, fried sunchokes, and beef tartar. For our mains, I had a monkfish remoulade with swiss chard, mussels, and seaweed salad. Hubby had flat iron steak with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and chargrilled green and red onions-both were very good. My Father-in-law had winter squash ravioli. Great presentation, but modest portions. You will need appetizers and dessert if you want to leave feeling full. For dessert, we ordered rosemary cake with a hazelnut frosting and smoked mollases gelato and merengue chips, chocolate tres leches with coconut panna cotta, and a cinnamon vanilla rice pudding with fresh blueberries as well as blueberry egg yolks that reminded me of gastronomy dishes by Jose Andres. Very fun. They have a social (happy) hour until 6:30 with slightly discounted beers, 2 wine choices, and well drinks. I would come back here next time I 'm in town."

"It?s the only place I know of in CR to get a legit Chicago Italian beef, so I support Gianna?s full stop. The beef is the real deal. I haven?t tried the Chicago dog yet, but I see the Vienna Beef sign in the window so I presume it?s authentic as well.But: a few suggestions. First, it takes a while for the food prep. I get it, this ain?t McDonald?s quality takes time. But, ifyou?re making folks wait (especially with counter service) then give them folks a number and bring it out. Take a cue fromChick fil a. It?s a small thing that would make a big difference. Second, if you ask for a tip when I ring up (usingcredit/debit) I?m more likely to do it if you bring the food out. Just a thought."
