Normally we have a great experience, however not as much this time. I'm sure it's due to new employees, and yes we will return. This is what happened; Our daughters sandwich had to be remade because it didn't include the correct toppings. Yet after the remake, it still wasn't right, but she was hungry so she accepted it. What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Westdale Mall:
went here to make 4 parts with meals cost us $40 they have called one of our sandwiches wrong and told them about it and all they said was regrettable that they can bring back the sandwich and we will add the items that I said I will not drive out of mine after I am already home to have added 2 to my sandwich, but they are the ones that made mistakes I did not order I will not return. Excellent service! Our subs were very good! Additionally the extra few cents going to firefighters is a great service a way to say thank you!
Took my wife and daughter there it was are first time there and it FREAKING ROCKS and the staff is freaking awesome we will diffently be back for sure.
