"In all fairness, I go to Local Pour a lot and I typically love it. However, they are doing something which really rubs us wrong. They have a limited menu if you are on their patio. Not a huge issue, but if you call in and order something to go... they WON'T serve it to you if you are on their patio? WTH guys? You can't offer to-go orders... then simply not provide them to people because they are drinking on YOUR patio? Clearly this is a manpower issue and they don't want to sever full meals on the patio... well then... work the problem. Rather than say NO to the customer, make use of a buzzer system and have customers come get their own damn food. You don't get local support and empathy for pandemics and then say NO to the customer. We love you guys and want to keep coming, don't do this to us..."

"Both times I went, the place was empty so I didn't have to wait in a line. There were a lot of ingredients to choose from so the burrito I got was packed. The employee there helped me get some deals as well by downloading the Moe's Rocking Rewards app. I also love how the chips and salsa here are free. On Mondays you can get a Burrito/Bowl with chips and drink for like $6 I think they said so I'll definitely be going more often."

"Dry Italian Beef was soooo soggy and they refused to make another one cuz Oh I know I didn 't add any extra, it 's just the juice from the meat . Again, we ordered DRY, not WET. We will not be returning. Service was poor, waited in line for 5 minutes to even be acknowledged due to catching up on orders . (2 small orders ahead of us). It got busier once we sat down and people were waiting in line to order for a LONG time. They definitely need more people, or even better a manager that doesn 't get overwhelmed so easily and with better customer service."

"I tried a challenge that worked out horribly. My food was awful, but I had to try different parts of the menu. I would not have done it if I thought the guys was going to be so bad. I will never ever try pad Thai again. Not in a dare, whim, or some stupid challenge! It was the worst meal I have ever had from a noodles and company restaurant. Hands down the worst thing I've eaten in 10+ years, and you can guarantee I'll be thinking about that the next time I go in and spend $12+ on a meal from here."
