I downloaded the app and started placing my orders. The food is always hot and fresh, whether I order from home or dine in. It's quick and easy, and I love being able to customize my order. My first job right out of high school was at McDonald's. Working with the public can be challenging, and we didn’t have computers when I was there, so mistakes in orders were common. I don’t often visit the McDonald's on Williams Blvd, but today I had guests who insisted on going there. I had gotten 4 cheeseburgers, 4 medium fries, 40 Chicken nuggets, 6 sauces, a medium sprite, a caramel sundae with M&Ms, and an Oreo mcflurry. You know what I got? 4 cold soggy medium fries, COLD NASTY NUGGETS, they didn't give me the right sauce. I got NOTHING ELSE but the cold nasty fries and nuggets. No burgers, no drinks, no ice cream. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD.
I waited over 10 minutes in line for a car to pull up in the other lane and get served within 1 min. I brought this up to the employee and stated that I would need my order completed first since I had been waiting 10x longer than the other vehicle. Instead of offering any customer service or attempting to make anything right the employee told me he didn't care. After this b.s. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on over 10 times immediately, before even being able to speak. Then the workers just took the phone off the hook.
I went through your drive-thur placed my order. Paid my bill. They pulled me over because I had a special order. I got home and checked out my sandwich it?s thing I ordered. I called them as soon as I could. They said they were sorry and could I come back to get the correct order. I said so I guess I?m out the money I paid. This has happened before that?s why I?m writing this review
We waited 29 minutes for our order. I wish I was exaggerating. Lobby was closed. Called twice as we waited out front. Had to go through the drive thru to get my money back. This is not an isolated incident. Very poorly run location and a prime example of the times we live in. No one wants to work or take responsibility. The owner should hust shut this place down and move on. An embarrassment to the chain. Very sad.
Slowest drive through I?ve ever been in. Literally spent 30 minutes and they still messed up my order. I will not be coming back to this McDonald?s for a while
