"Nice staff, good menu selection, and comfortable environment. It's great to have pho options in Cedar Rapids, and I've never been disappointed with their food. Even if you have a picky palette, I recommend giving them a try. Their spring rolls and egg rolls are also great. "The lady working here today(8/19/21) at 1 p.m literally was yelling and cussing at a poor lady because she was blind, had her seeing eye dog and wouldn't allow her in the establishment.. instead of politely refusing if she felt so strongly about an animal inside she was absolutely terrible. Even as the blind lady tripped and fell out side,scrapping up her knees, the women was still yelling at her, degrading her for having a service animal.. luckily a kind stranger helped her up, all the while the employee still yelling. I really hope something is done about this incident, because that was absolutely uncalled for"

"Sad to see this place close. An excellent upscale and approachable experience. Outstanding service and drinks. You can absolutely tell the food is prepared with love and care...but I can see how the menu may not be for everyone. Apps like chicken hearts on a skewer are very tasty, local and uses the animal in a unique and bountiful way...I enjoyed them very much with my Manhattan. But I assume dishes like that are under appreciated in CR."

"I wasn't with many quizno, so I didn't have much to compare, but I was impressed. the young lady who took my order was very fast and professional. in contrast to other sandwich shops had my sandwich perfectly portioned of ingredients. it wasn't confusing or falling apart. it was pretty delicious. that was a great experience and I'll be back."

"I was pleasantly surprised. The foos is good and quite close to my own home cooking. Many soul food joints cut corners to keep up with traffic. Seemingly this place still continues to make very good and authentic dishes. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy. I always complain about chicken not being flavorful. This chicken is not that. If there was one critique I'd say it was just slightly salty. But eh. Not a huge deal. And the sides were certainly homemade. A"
