Family and friends lunch. There were 12 of us. They kindly gave us the private room as Sunday lunchtime was booked out. Although it took nearly two hours to get our food, staff were friendly and kept up the drinks and the food was delicious and very large portions. Recommend the Chicken Schnitzel, bangers and mash and Guinness pie. Would definitely return. View all feedback.

Sadly this is now an ex- favourite restaurant as it has gone downhill drastically under new ownership. Service was fine however food was dreadfully disappointing. The menu hasn't changed but the chef must have- the slow cooked beef was tasteless and fatty, the chicken curry likewise and the rice gluggy.
