"While going to Lecce stopped in Ceglie Messapica. Coildn 't find a better restaurant: ZITTO e MANGIA! Mr Martino gave us more or less 20 different delicious staters! "A very nice lunch, staff were friendly. the Antipasti was excellent, didn’t have room for anything else sadly. lots of lovely food, Pork shoulder tonnato, fried Anchovies, courgette tart, mussels, Arancini, Polpette Di Pane, Tuna tartare, fried artichokes and a salt cod. Location was quiet, sitting outside in the sunshine."

"My friend and I really enjoyed our dinner here! The food and wine was tasty and not too expensive. The staff was very friendly as well. The only thing I 'd mention is: the music is pretty loud, so if you wanna have your dinner in peace while having deep conversations, this is not the place to be. We, on the other hand, did enjoy the '60s and '70s music, even though it meant we had to shout a little to hear each other. ;"

"I would say EXCELLENT CHOICE for our first day of vacation! We went to Martina Franca for a nice walk and a drink. We literally stumbled upon this welcoming place in the alleys of the old city. We preferred to dine outside, in a very narrow alleyway furnished with fake waste material , with tables and chairs all different from each other! All crowned by a very welcoming and enchanting atmosphere. The staff is very kind and courteous. We ordered 2 Pints , a portion of handmade Dutch chips and 2 Los Pollos sandwiches . All for only €33.00. I highly recommend it... We will definitely be back!"
