"We came as a family on thursday night at about 8.30/9pm. There were at least two very large grpups, the place was packed. We came here several times on our holiday and wont be returning after tonight. We ordered the Scampi Grigliate (grilled prawns), when they arrived, they still had the intestinal tract in, making them inedible as they were gritty and black. My sister ordered Insalata Verde (green side salad). Which had a wet paper towel lying in with the leaves. When we told the waiter about the tissue, he simply took it away. We had to ask for another bowl. We tried to explain the situation to several different staff members but no one was very interested in helping us. They did offer to take the prawns off our bill, but as far as we know they still charged us for the tissue salad... We could hardly believe it as we had such nice experiences previously. We would reccomend it early evening, if they are busy, find somewhere else."

"The food is great, top quality. It is a family owned business so they really appreciate their customers. Daniele, one of the owners, speaks English so this can be very helpful to some of us.
