Update: Wow, something changed. It would appear the (I'm guessing here) new owners have a much different cleanliness standard than when I was there before. The ladies restroom was closed and the men's stank of old urine. Really disgusting for a restaurant to accept this. I'll never go back as I can't help but wonder how clean their kitchen is.... First, I only had a peanut butter milkshake and didn't have a meal. I was greeted upon walking in by someone wiping down tables. The device was fast despite being July 4th. The table I sat at was clean and not sticky like the last two dq I visited. Somebody here cares.

Such slow and poor service. I saw 4 employees fumbling around near the drive thru. Not well organized. I'm not sure anyone new what their job was. We spent an unbelievable 25 minutes in the Drive thru line. An efficient DQ would have been 10 minutes. Glad I don't live here., I would not enjoy any more DQ. This is a good location for Undercover Boss. I would not want my franchise name on this business.
