What Toby Luebke doesn't like about Wendy's:
Fries were cold. Simple order through drive thru had to run in and correct missing food.... if busy, not a big deal, but they were dead, no customers in drive thru or inside (pure laziness) View all feedback.

The GM always goes above and beyond, super nice guy with great customer service skills!
The drive thru person from Tennessee had great customer service? and made sure our drinks were
Waited in line for 30min then an additional 10min at the window and was told they'll get to me when they get to me and proceeded to be rude
My daughter cousin works there in Celina one and he hooks me up .
