Very well run KFC. Great ordering system. The staff were very friendly, professional & happy. The food was cook to perfection & arrived in a timely manner. Very clean shop. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about KFC:
went to get take a way a couple of times using drive through, the first time was a weekend and spent well over 30 minutes waiting in line (only about 6 cars in front of us). Thought it may be because of weekend and higher demand so gave it a go midweek with exactly the same result. has to be the slowest fast food outlet we have ever been to, will not go back. Very poor. Mediocre warm chicken and chips. But potato and gravy straight out of the warmer cool as well. Poor service maybe too much worrying about the cars coming through the drive through.
Disappointed with the service and qaulity of food. Chips and nuggets were unsalted dried up and cold and of course they forgot the popcorn which I paid for.generally overall the food was disgusting and of poor qaulity. When I asked for salt they told me that they DO NOT GIVE OUT SALT.. Unless you are borderline starving avoid this place
Craving a KFC meal, arrived here to no welcome and at least a 10 minute wait before anyone approached us. My mother wanted a slider and I wanted the chicken, bacon and cheese burger. The server (Assistant Manager) had appalling customer service skills. He did not listen, he could not explain the menu items, he couldn’t remember the amount of money I paid but wanting more, his receipt was incorrect and was rude and dismissive of me when I queried why when I had already paid what was due. But I couldn’t believe that he became inappropriate by telling me to “Calm down, darling”. After that, he just walked off and left the serving area. The food that I paid for was incomplete, (no drink) so I had to continue waiting but no other staff, while aware of the situation, approached. The real shock came when another staff member (Obviously well trained, experienced and efficient) came to me and said “I understand why you are upset. We have to work with him”. She has my condolences. .
2nd in line to order lady taking orders was also assembling orders EXTREMELY SLOWLY like watching a slow motion movie? Tables were all dirty and booths had bits of food stuck to seats also. Our order was taken 8mins (we were second in line) into our visit. Watching staff assemble our order was painfully slow and she put chips in bag at least 4mins before burgers were prepared? Colonels spices tasted different to other 5 states we have eaten in... won’t recommend this store
I had to wait for about 35 minutes to get my simple order of a family feast meal and a crusher. The staff obviously was not following orders. One of the ladies (seemed to be a manager on duty) shouted at one of the younger guys to stop mixing up order sequences. That behaviour in front of customers is unprofessional and just shows how bad that shop was managed. No leadership, no sense of customer service... and on top of that I did not get any wipes, spoons, serviettes... finger-licking good??? Sorry, not this one!
