Honestly I’m surprised this is an operating fast food chain. Just look at the difference before you order. The largest waste of money I’ve made in a while. They are advertising a craft burger experience and serving cafeteria food. I smell a lawsuit.
Food does not look like the pictures. Tastes like frozen burgers with Dollar Tree buns and ingredients. Brisket fries are basically just chilli cheese fries. Most edible thing was the regular fries which aren’t even salted. Food so bad that this has to be a money laundering front for the cartel.
My experience with Big Deal Burger is far from satisfactory. Waiting for four hours for an order that never arrived is a massive letdown and a clear indication of poor organization and management. It's even more disappointing that Uber Eats had to cancel the order, which suggests that this is a recurring problem.The fact that I gave them another chance, only to be told that they were out of burgers when the driver finally arrived 1.5 hours later, is equally disappointing. It shows that Big Deal Burger has problems with managing their inventory and fulfilling orders, and this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.it's evident that Big Deal Burger is not living up to its name. The fact that this seems to be a common issue based on other reviews is also concerning. It's difficult to recommend an establishment that has ongoing problems with fulfilling orders and managing inventory.I would recommend that readers approach this establishment with caution and consider other options for a more reliable and satisfying burger experience.
They literally take two hours to prepare one’s order. I went there twice thinking first time was just a bad time of day, but the same thing happened afterwards. I hear ordering delivery is even worse… with drivers waiting outside the restaurant and eventually leaving because the orders are so delayed. Very unprofessional.
Ordered burgers and fries through Uber eats. Big Deal Burger accepted the order. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon, by 6:00 we hadn’t received anything and an Uber delivery reached out saying the restaurant didn’t have any burgers- hello, the name of the restaurant is Big Deal Burger. But the restaurant wouldn’t cancel the order so 5 different drivers were going to pick up the order, all were told there are no burgers. I was finally able to cancel the order with no charge. I felt terrible for the drivers. I also attempted to call the two numbers listed for the restaurant and neither number was set up to take calls.
