Tasty food and generous portions but prices in the range you'd expect from a sit down restaurant rather than fast casual. Been there twice now and the staff has not been even remotely friendly. You order at a kiosk and yes, you tip when you order, then they maybe call your number loud enough to hear it when your food is ready. My $18 pancake did taste pretty good, but really lacked any discernible amount of kimchi and should’ve cost half as much. Counter service is fine, but not for these prices. read more.
