This is great bbq. Usually I get BbQ when I'm in TX, Memphis, KC, etc. but I figured while here in Denver why not. Glad I made that decision this stuff was good. Smoked to perfection. When we arrived they were selling out of things like brisket that alone is a good sign as to the quality of their food read more.

The 5 star reviews here don't track. Have you ever had any BBQ from KC, TX, NC, GA, TN? How can this even compare? The brisket tasted boiled, like roast beef. It was all grey meat. No smoke, no melt. The pulled pork tasted like it was made in an Instant Pot and then roasted in the oven. Ribs were the only somewhat smoked tasting meat, they were tender and decent.The sides were tiny portions.
