Employees are always friendly and I've never had an issue with the quality. All in all yummy cookies and worth a try.

"Good cookies, right? Pricier, but you know that going in. This location has consistently had terrible service. Untrained in customer service, borderline rude staff who behave as though your patronage is inconveniencing them. And assuming a tip at payment on top of premium pricing? Ridiculous."
