Super cozy coffee place with a decent view over mile end park. Not too busy, the vibe is chilled and there are sitting ares for all types: regular tables, tall chairs, sofas, etc. Plenty of wall plugs for laptops so working here is definitely possible. Coffee is great and the food as well. Also, pet friendly! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about International Comrades Coffee Shop:
£4 for an average iced oat latte. I don’t think I’ve ever paid this much for a coffee in London. The extra 50p for a milk alternative is a robbery, considered how much they buy it for. On the top of that, very slow service. View all feedback.
I like this more every time I come back. Lovely staff and reasonably priced food, even for London. It's no-nonsense food.
Atmosphere is great, really cool seating and interior design. The staff were friendly welcoming. Only problem I can think of is that the frappe I ordered tasted slightly burned, not a lot at all and it was still delicious. This slight mistake was immediately forgiven because the music choice in this place is excellent!
If You are in the area looking for a nice coffee shop for a quick break or a place to stop with friends for a chat. This is for sure the ideal place. Super chilled, the staff was very nice and a couple of areas to sit outside, one where for smokers and one for nonsmokers. If I'm back in the area for sure I will visit again. Totally recommend.
Gorgeous neighbourhood café with a distinct personality. Great sandwiches and very rich, delicious coffees. Staff are quite friendly as well. Definitely liked the vibe, much nicer than the typical chain vibe. And there's plenty of plug sockets if you need to charge your phone.
Just really poor... Spent £20 and waited 40 minutes for what was supposed to be eggs benedict but what turned up was a piece of burnt toast, hardboiled egg and what I think to be a slice of Tesco value sandwich ham I also don't know why our coffees were the last thing to arrive
