Great location if you want to be on the door step of attractions in Westminster. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey is about 500 meters away, st james park tube is about 100 meter away. Basically these are rooms above a pub, they are comfy and clean. the noise from the floor boards in our room and the adjacent room was horrendous, was awake from 6:30 every morning.
