What James Jones doesn't like about Totlins:
I have ordered from this place twice. And on both occasions they have gotten my order wrong and refused to do anything about it. I then called them both times and the guy on the phone with very poor customer service tells me there is nothing he can do about it. This has happened twice. So I will no longer be placing any orders. These people would rather take your money than satisfy their customers. It’s really poor.... View all feedback.

"The staff is very attentive and helpful and super nice. the kitchen staff make some delicious food, seriously can not mistake what is served, but they must have the waiter notes regarding what the customer does not want on their teller. that's really important. the wee is not very expensive a decent cab sav £21 ish. the desserts a warm cheesecake (taste like biscoff) with ice. first we were not sure how we never had warm cheesecake, but it works. a portion was great for both of us. If I could give you a advice, I'll give you a tear than a gift. I can't cry or eat kartoffels, but everything was either with pasta or with kartoffels, unless they wanted a light bite salad. I would have thrown it out instead of wasting food that I can't eat and eating only half a dish!"
