If you 've been to Din Tai Fung in Taiwan, you might be a bit disappointed here. It 's still good but not really on the Taiwanese level. The staff was very hardworking though which I praise them for. The beef noodle soup was not bad. The meat was tender but the noodles were a tad too soft. The broth was very beefy and tasted really good when I added a splash of vinegar.
