"Lady at the DT was easy to understand on the speaker. Our order was right, and hot fresh made to order. Only complaint is that the customer just ahead of us had to offer two or three credit cards for her order and they had a lengthy discussion about it with the cashier, and several cars in line behind us pulled out and left. I think that could have been handled better. I'm sure that cost Jacks some lost sales and maybe an order or two that was prepared but lost cause the customers left and tired of waiting. Just saying. Our food was good."

"Overall, a great restaurant. My husband ordered the ribeye and said it was very tender but needed a little more seasoning for taste. I ordered a chicken dish with cheese, tomatoes and bacon on top that was very tasty. On a previous visit we both had chopped steak and it was delicious. We will definitely return.
