And of course I found the farm La Cubana. Historic place in the countryside between Bovolone and Cerea. Ruspante kitchen of pleasant invoice accompanied by salami strictly made by Roberto, the owner. We had lunch with fixed menu. Plentiful dishes but as quality we are on average. We ate appetizer of meats and cheese, first linguine with rabbit and as second duck with polenta and mushrooms. Unfortunately it has very disappointed the rabbit looked like a ragù already prepared and insipido. Service in the standard friendly and quiet staff.
