"Best fondue of my career. Brilliant night with Madame, perfectly welcomed and looked after throughout by all the staff, and the live music gave a really great atmosphere, particularly as we had a table near the bar. Val d’Isere prices, exceptional quality. Bonus : well chosen wines at reasonable mark ups."

"NEW PERFECT SPOT FOR EATING LUNCH. ️ ️ Improbable panorama without fence You've finished eating, you're going to ski full stop (a red or a black one awaits you and you have the chairlift 30 steps away if you want to digest your food and enjoy the magnificent view on the way down. ️ Absolutely crazy burgers! (The taste of toasted buns with sesame that you feel in your mouth, a Proust madeleine type detail because few buns have this special taste! Le Poulette: One of the best burgers I have ever eaten, and so has my wife Noëmie. Perfect little trick: ask for extra Reblochon in it. You will have the impression of eating an excellent cordon bleu in an excellent chicken burger. The chicken (so tender fillet, obviously and the homemade breadcrumbs with a taste that dethrones all the breaded chickens that exist. Special mention to Joris: A host that any boss would want x4 or x5 in his teams, he ticks absolutely all the boxes!!! You will see for yourselves but be quick, he is very Globe trotter! And thank you for Caroline too, so friendly with us and the customers. And even, the whole team is super friendly! And the manager who takes the time to be interested in customers and chat coolly and who takes feedback and suggestions with humility and curiosity. Finally here it is: A-MA-ZING! We went there twice in 3 days and we can't imagine leaving Val without going back. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW CHEF and the Pastry Chef!!! True magicians of taste and good moments of culinary pleasure, both hot and cold. Ah, one more suggestion: try the Grand Marnier hot chocolate urgently. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL !!!
