"When managing a restaurant there are people who do their job with passion you feel and above all you see! A crazy organization in every member of the staff, who with professionalism and dedication meets the demands of the customer with a smile! We dined entrusting ourselves completely to Fabio, owner of the restaurant, who was able to amaze us for the last time with dishes perfectly balanced in the taste, which although traditional, were enriched with that extra touch conferred by the creativity of the chef! Excellent cooked salmon, from the wet and firm meats, the cod cooked with tomato and delicious moscardino, the seppioline stuffed delicately, and exquisite shrimp wrapped a crunchy corn breading. Not to mention the freshness of the sea, oysters, fasolari, walnuts, violets, sea students, a dish from aMare! And to conclude our dinner desserts, pistachio tiramisù and a sbrisolona have allied and given a last caress to our palate! More and more high at the Decanter!"
