We really love this place.
We visited the San Marcos Cafe 15 years ago at the advice of a friend and a giidebook we picked up.
If you go just for coffee, a cinnamon roll, and an authentic New Mexican ambiance, this place would be 5 stars.

"Wow! What an excellent experience. We had a pretty busy morning to try San Marcos Cafe and let me assure you it was worth waiting! The service was punctual and friendly and the food was amazing! You need to order a cinnamon roll while visiting this cafe, as you must be one of the best I have experienced. Your team rocked the morning rush like a well-oiled machine. We will return! I would also like to thank the Feed Store! You saved me so many trips to the city. Thank you for the delivery of such a large selection of agricultural and garden needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm grateful."

"Ordered take out. The pizza is amazing!! Very satisfied with the overall taste and quality. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it every once in a while! I definitely want to do dine in next. It seems like a great atmosphere! Plus, the fact that I live about 3 minutes away out in Lone Butte, South Fork area is GREAT!!"

"Good food, and owner does seem nice. I did go with a large group, which overwhelm this shop a bit, so food took a little longer. I would recommend the gyros as both the salad and gyro wraps are good, and perhaps calling ahead for larger groups."
