"So, its probably not every day that you are going to find yourself near Castelnuovo Parano, Italy. However, if destiny is pulling you in that direction, you must make clear your plans to hit this restaurant. It is located in the medieval town of CNP and the establishment takes on the style and life of the town. It is small and I would recommend making reservations....Italians from various towns will often be eating there. That means it has a good reputation. Make sure you get the antipasto del borgo. It is a cornucopia of local appetizers that will blow your socks off. Be sure to get the peach buds...They look like olives and soaked in a brine like olives are. All the pastas are fab and the meats are grilled over an open flame. The Service is fantastic, the local flair is rocking, the price is right, and above all the food is favoloso!!! Ottimo luogo mediovale!!!"

What a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere and what an art to cook meat, select ingredients and create hearty dishes, paired with great wine, which will delight every visitor and will stay in our memories forever. Looooved the cook and his advice on what to taste!"
