The wine selection did not disappoint like many restaurants. The menu offered a selection of favorites, including chef’s specialties like the best duck ever. "We had breakfast at Simply D'Vine and the food and coffee is simply fabulous. We ordered avo feta smashed with grilled tomato, poached eggs and sour dough as well as the mushrooms with poached eggs. The staff said the smoked salmon and bacon were not available. The mushrooms dish is excellent, the taste and texture is well done and a tinge of truffle oil. If you like something less commercialise and rustic, you should visit this joint- it is not far not Hunter Valley Visitor Centre."
