the worst choice of the visit to Ceuta was undoubtedly this restaurant. fish in bad conditions, with strong flavor of the salsa to camouflage a texture and taste clearly past. the meat could well pass through the sole of the platelin charles shoe, or that. the food was in a bad state with the consequent danger to health. Restaurant has a great view but it's overpriced. Food was good but not sure if they warrant the steep price. Service was okay.
