What User likes about Ulises:
a beautiful and well located hotel in the commercial area of ceuta. the large, very clean rooms, with a super beautiful and well soundproofed decoration. It has a safe and a fridge bar, a table with armchair and a work desk. luxury bathroom with two lavavos and the extra large bed in which you can lose if you go alone. excellent treatment, the rooms very well.. is not a luxurious hotel, rather modest, that houses workers also, very bad breakfast..the coffee pessismo..the bread and also does not deserve the.oena.. very clean the hotel and change the clothes on a daily basis. View all feedback.
The room's ok. But the breakfast is quite simply terrible. It used to be a buffett. Now its an unappetising stale sandwich, artificial juice and coffee.

In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with bar stools is available.
