"A sad case of great food marred by nasty servers. We were greeted by a cold and stand-offish “host” who showed us to a terrible table in the back next to the restrooms under a glaring bright light. Noticing two empty two-tops, we asked to switch and were brushed off with the nonsensical excuse that the tables “were reserved.” (We of course also had a reservation. Things devolved from there, with condescension, epic periods of being ignored, and-my favorite-the rude server in question dropping off our starters and walking away without a word. When we asked for an explanation of the beautifully intricate dishes in front of us, he snapped at us, “I thought you knew what you ordered.” Such rudeness does not a nice experience make. Too bad. Can’t recommend."

"On July 14th at night, alone, I was looking for a place to eat alone would not be a test. It is quite by chance that I discovered this place where I arrived by the backyard, alerted by a sign (what a good idea!). the terrace, sheltered by a large fig tree, is a poetry in itself. The welcome was very nice, I was able to choose where to sit, I was served with kindness and delicacy and couscous. Cuckoo! It's simple, I haven't eaten so delicious for years. meat (beef brochette) was melting, couscous and its tasty vegetable broth, incredible herd and all in abundance. the map is divided between couscous, tajines and salads, it would be difficult not to find its happiness there. I ate so well that I went from dessert, a little regrettably because there too the choice is varied and more than tempting. I was content with a fig alcohol to finish in beauty that was offered to me more because I had to wait a few minutes to settle the bill, which, in such a pleasant place, was all but a punishment. Thanks to the owners of the place for this beautiful evening, and bravo!"

"We made a stop in the charming village of ligny the chatel. the weather was not conducive to a picnic we went to lunch at the Bief Inn.We opted for the base menu at 20 euros and we were entitled to an irreproachable service. The owner is very welcoming and we were able to converse with her."

"Excellent stage: everything is good. We've been there twice. indeed there are the eggs to the meurette that must be tasted! but the other dishes deserve the detour. Stupid house patisserie. Don't miss exit 21 on the A6. A gastro break in memorable burgundy. And there's the decor and the welcome that's fine."
