"A normal thalasseri biriyani that you would get any where in kerela , thats what they serve and i must say the curd salad they serve would be the worst ever i had with a biriyani, and chicken pieces were small, finally it costed me 180 rs for a biriyani.not recommend at all"

"There was a time in the past when they served good items and service to the customers. Last i visited on April 27, 2023 was totally a different experience than the past. The guy who serves at the tables behaved like i went there to get some free dishes. He was not properly communicating, the item i asked for got delivered very late. Usually they used to give a glass of water along with the main dish, he was not even listening when i was asking for that. The worst was not that, i asked him for napkin tissue paper at the time when i placed the order. He gave 'half ' of a single tissue paper fold( photos attached) along with dish that also missing it 's sides (that is the only piece of paper he gave on that purchase). The item taste serving was below average. Very poor service. Will never visit this place again."

One thing I noticed was the tables and chairs are to be cleaned properly when one customer leaves,I found sauce on the chair I was about to sit, The washroom also to be kept clean and odourless ... "This property is centrally located right in the kannur bus stand, which make commute to various places easy. The rooms are neat and the room service was prompt too. The stay was comfortable. The morning buffet option was good. Hot water round the clock. The Ac is a little old so takes time too cool and the bed was a little hard ."
