My wife and I absolutely loved this restaurantI had the hot sausage poboy with a cup of gumbo and my wife had the shrimp poboy with the gumbo also.
Pretty solid boiled seafood placeWe stopped here on our way back to Jackson from New Orleans and had a hankering for some mud bugs.

"The food is consistently excellent at this uptown eatery in a converted house. Probably the best chicken in the city and the fish dishes are always excellent and 'New Orleans style '. The lamb shank is wonderful and dint miss the desserts. Wine friendly makes this a favorite among locals."

"My meal here was so delicious! Everything was sooo tasteful and packed with spices, and tasted very fresh, a welcome branch from the usual New Orleans tariff. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed to any vegan option in the menu (and there was a lot). Although prices are somewhat steep, everything is divided so if you order correctly, it is not so bad. The hummus with grilled eggplant and fresh pita was delicious. The Shakshouka without fried egg was also amazing. Be careful! The baba ganoush has acid cream! So sad! The place is clean and cute and it is located on the magazine street that is really fun to go around! Definitely worth a visit!"
