I visited your coffee shop a few weeks ago while in New Orleans. The waitress, Grace, was not very friendly. She seemed bothered by serving our group of 4 and had a bad attitude. She spoke to us condescendingly as if we were ignorant about coffee. She had her hand on her hip the entire time and seemed inconvenienced by our business.
