"We stayed at Hotel Key. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Very nice owners and staff. All guests are on first-name terms here. Breakfast was good and dinner very good. There is a menu and no menu. 2 or 3 courses. Very quiet location slightly elevated from the center. Parking spaces can sometimes be a bit tight. However, we had one."

"Moro em Luzern há muitos anos e não conhecia esse restaurante tão maravilhoso! O atendimento é discreto e profissional. A comida é simplesmente maravilhosa. "It was a man-made man! the fragrant and the taste read memories of our holidays in the turkey. the food was not only incredibly delicious, but was also very beautifully dressed and presented. the service read us the desire from the eyes. the local overlooking the lake is modern and cosy. we were allowed to experience a wonderful evening and look forward to the next time."

"26.06. in the evening, despite tel. reservation about 10 min. stand. that can happen after the corona break. no problem.The operation has given everything but a pity has taken the kitchen logistics 90 minutes for a simple bar food to then serve the wrong one, for example...no "Beinbruch"... if we had received something like a small gesture in spite of the friendly note on our unmut.I am definitely not coming, neither with Velo-Kumpels nor with the motorcycle."

"The restaurant does not look nice at all. There was clearly an rustic Swiss German restaurant there before and they have done very little to change the original look, a few Asian decoration hanging on the wall, but nothing to create an authentic ambiance...in the restaurant. The food was only fair in quality and that is by being generous. The chef uses far too much Vinegar in the sauces. The only thing that I found nice about this restaurant was the nice and friendly service"

"Just stopped here for a coffee break here recently. Very friendly staff and great service. Very welcoming also of international guests. Very nice terrasse with great view on the lake on a sunny day. The food menu looked decent, will go and try next time."

"We were staying in the hotel and decided to eat in the bistro we were looking for something very casual and didn't really feel like going to the restaurant next door. We did however have the feeling that we were eating there with the service being quite formal but very efficient. Our food was excellent but I though a little over priced perhaps I could just be unfamiliar with local prices but I felt it not really good value."
