"Love the subs, but we always seem to have a problem with our order. Was there on Friday night and ordered 2 giants. Both on whole wheat. Lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Got home and they were both on white even though the girl checked on the whole wheat rolls right in front of me. No L or T in the bag. When you pay almost twice as much for subs, you want them to be right. We go there, though, because when they are right, they are delicious!!"

"The staff is rude. The manager on duty was not nice when my carry out dinner was wrong. I had to throw it out. We will never go back. I just want a refund. I'm gluten sensitive. Ordered no bun and got gluten. This is the third time. A few months ago asked for no cheese for our dairy sensitive son. Got a cheeseburger. And the staff gets nasty."
