I hosted a party for 50 people and it was fantastic! We enjoyed lasagna, ziti, salad, and garlic bread. The food was delivered right to my house, which was extremely convenient. I highly recommend their catering services as they offer everything on the menu. The prices are fair and we also order pizza and subs from them weekly. What User doesn't like about Pat Carla's Iii:
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I called to order a Bambino Deluxe pizza with only beef/hamburgers instead of pork. However, when my pizza was delivered, it had pork on it. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the staff argued with me and claimed I never mentioned anything about not wanting pork. The pizza was delicious and the service was fabulous. they helped me come to my car and chat very pleasantly.
After an hour and 45 minutes had to get their own food .order meatballs they were forgotten .then tried the brot found out his not bake all the way .so not very happy .
Food was 30 min late getting to us, gave us the wrong food, lava cake was frozen. Lady on the phone was rude and hung up on my wife while she was ordering. What a joke.
To all the negative Nancy’s posting :: Pat Carla’s been a staple in the community for a long time. They must be doing something right. Eat your food you ordered and quit your bitching???
Didn't ask for garlic on garlic bread so I got toasted sub roll dry an burnt. Owner was more worried about her 22000 Sq ft house then quality of food.
