"Love the subs, but we always seem to have a problem with our order. Was there on Friday night and ordered 2 giants. Both on whole wheat. Lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Got home and they were both on white even though the girl checked on the whole wheat rolls right in front of me. No L or T in the bag. When you pay almost twice as much for subs, you want them to be right. We go there, though, because when they are right, they are delicious!!"

"The staff is rude. The manager on duty was not nice when my carry out dinner was wrong. I had to throw it out. We will never go back. I just want a refund. I'm gluten sensitive. Ordered no bun and got gluten. This is the third time. A few months ago asked for no cheese for our dairy sensitive son. Got a cheeseburger. And the staff gets nasty."

"It is very rare that I leave a bad retrospect, as I try to be very fair and yet honest. but montezuma, you're on. I wish google would leave you a zero star because they deserve it. my last three travels were underwhelming. it's so ridiculously frustrating to have someone back what they order and get it wrong. I've paid $33 for a full-bum meal. 2 chimichan gas with a white sauce and lean on the side. I literally got a spoon. no white sauce or red sauce with two dry crushed bark chimichangas smothered in guacamole. the solution after I called them to give my first ever phone grip, we can do something new and they can pick it up again. I just wanted to thank them, whoever gave this meal for what seemed to be zero f 's. it's crazy, like the price of everything is skyrocke and the service at most restaurants and even other places has become much worse. this is probably my third just bad experience of a montezuma's in chambersburg."

"I've already been driving dozens of times past this diner. I decided to try. it's a tiny little diner. it deceives from the outside. there are many tables and they are not over one another I stopped at breakfast and eating was fresh. the server is pleasant and the service was fast. although the padding was worn on the sitting, the escaping was very clean. the prices are very reasonable. there are many parking places and there are picnic tables outside when they want to eat outside. Surprisingly, there is also a drive for meals and ice. I didn't have 5 stars, just because I haven't tried their other dishes yet. I will try other dishes again."
