What K Z doesn't like about Chong Qing Hot Pot:
The bean curd with vegetables was dry and had no sauce at all. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and I'm 100% sure that they didn't cook the dish, they simply fried up the bean curd,boiled the veg and tossed them together with some chili oil+chopped garlic. I had to re-cook the dish again with salt+pepper because it had no flavor at all. View all feedback.
