Good sized plates and it taste like a grand mother made it knowing you came in for a visit. I wish i had taken a picture of the plate but it smelled too good to not dig in. I suggest the blueberry sausages, comes with a great blueberry jalapeno jam that you can purchase a jat at the counter. Very friendly staff i am glad we stooped here ? read more.

We expected a better meal than this. Portions were very small, poor service. (I understand she was alone and the cook appeared to be a 14 year old) Avoid.

"I find that Quebec has a plethora of hometown do-it-all style restaurants that serve breakfast through supper with tons of options at affordable prices. Coco-Rico is a good example of this type of place. I had one of the best Tourtière de Lac St. Jean at this restaurant and the tarte aux bluets was tasty and not too sweet. My wife had a shrimp dish that was decent, but came with a bit too much cheese.Restaurant Coco-Rico is not fancy and doesn't pretend to be. If you want fancy, go somewhere else. If you want to have decent food with locals for a great price, check out this place."
