Meats ordered rare were both undercooked (blue) and unsalted. Those were supermarket grade pieces. For 20€ a 230g piece of sirloin you expect better from a restaurant that claim meat is their specialty. Sauces were below average and the roasted vegetables had a taste of burnt.
