"Landed in Cairns and my partner and I were feeling hungry. My partner found Snoogies on TripAdvisor so we headed there. It's in a plaza, so look out for their signs cause we missed it the first round. We didn't know the food was only...Vegan and Vegetarian options. Nonetheless we tried it and loved it. Fresh and tasty meals. Fills you right up and its nice to eat something light with the warm weather in Cairns. They also had freshly squeezed/pressed juices. Will try again when in Cairns and it's great inspo for those wanting to try more plant based meals."

"We turned up yesterday and were 5 minutes early for our booking with our toddler. We were ignored by staff when we arrived. We were told very rudely by the staff member at the bar that they don't open until 5.30pm, 5 minutes later. We waited outside until 5.30 pm and were reluctantly greeted by a second staff member who asked us one question, but didn't seat us and was very unenthusiastic that we were there. A third staff member decided to seat us and was more professional but by that point we didn't want to stay because we felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We didn't mind waiting, just the vibe was really rude and unexpected. Went to another resturant along the Waterfront, where the service was fantastic and food was delicious."

"The Churrasco-style dining experience is simply put one of the best meals you will ever have. All I can say is, come here hungry. Churrasco is a centuries-old Brazilian style meal in which waiters and waitresses come around with long swords loaded with meat, and slice as much as you want right onto your plate. At Bushfire, they start by bringing you some delicious side items, including jasmine rice, potatoes au gratin, and salad. Soon after, the meat arrives. I was not prepared for how many different kinds of meat we would be getting. First, they brought grilled shrimp, plump and juicy. Then they brought beef, and the beef is arranged on the sword from rare to well done. It was tender and incredibly tasty. The beef was followed by sausages, pork, lamb, and chicken. I tried a sample of each, and all were amazing. It 's all you can eat, so you can ask them to bring back whatever you want more of. Staff are all very friendly, service is prompt, and the food is seasoned and grilled to perfection. Prices? Well, it 's not cheap. The Churrasco experience was $50 Australian, and beers are quite pricey as well. If you 're on vacation in Cairns, I recommend making this your one splurge night. Their menu has other items, including different kinds of steak. All in all, this place is quite deserving of 5 stars. Fantastic restaurant."
