"5/2/2023 Had been at Carle all day as my first granddaughter had to have surgery. Was super hungry wanted to go to Jersey Mikes but remembered I hated their parking situation and the last bad experience there. So I turned around and found this place, I had wanted to stop at the rib cage in St Joe but couldn 't find what time they opened. So I tried Bobo 's, excited by the menu.... Ordered a two meat combo plate #1.... Guy at the pay window super nice. I was interested in the pineapple horseradish bbq sauce. Well I opened the tray saw two very small ice cream scoop portions of meat, 1 pulled pork, the other brisket, and a very damp pale portion of cornbread. Well neither meat had much for flavor or smokiness? So I tried the sauces, nope on the pineapple horseradish just no kick couldn 't really tell either descriptor flavor was included. Mild Nope nada.... Cornbread extremely damp, undercooked and again no flavor, no corn. The 2 sides, baked bean and potato salad.... Needless to say I spent just under $21 to try this place and was so disappointed, even my 30 ounce cup of Pepsi had to almost the top of crushed ice and about 12 ounces of Pepsi. I wasted my time and more importantly my money. I prefer the small places over chains and this time it was a failure.Sadly no pictures,"

"I came here for a birthday dinner for a family member on a Saturday night. They do not make reservations on Saturdays (which is good at me) and we had a party of six, so we had to wait just like everyone else. It will serve first and wait was estimated at 30 minutes. We waited for about 15 or 20 minutes. As soon as we set ourselves, there were fresh ice-water glasses waiting for us. Our waitress gave us enough time to check the menus and take over our orders. She was very friendly and made sure to keep an eye on our drinks and tables to remove dirty dishes and fill our drinks. The salad bar was filled and kept fresh and a sanitary station was there to observe the health and safety guidelines and reduce the spread of germs. I ordered an alcohol coffee drink and it was made fresh and delivered immediately. It was delicious and warm and so fresh that the picked cream did not begin to melt and mix into the coffee despite warming. We all 6 ordered ribeye steaks and they all came on a plate that sat a flat cast iron skilled surface on a wooden ring to prevent burns. The stakes were so fresh that they were thrown on the plates and one could move the steaks to another place on the plate and Sizzling would go on. They were not over or under season. They tasted as if they had seasoned only a little salt and no other pretentious spices. The baked potatoes and twice baked potatoes were perfectly cooked like steaks. The restaurant manager was very friendly and took some recommendations to the heart and made notes for the next meeting with the new owner. We told our server about the birthday for our family member and they brought a free desert. The waiting times were very short, service was excellent, and the food was amazing. I can definitely see I'm going back here when I bless Steak."
