"We stopped on the way to the mont blanc tunnel just off the motorway. There was a traditional and local set lunch and we really enjoyed it. Service could have been faster but strongly recommend this restaurant."

"Before visiting the Verres castle, we came for lunch at this trattoria about 10 minutes up the mountain from the castle. I had a mixed appetizer with local sliced meats and cheeses. My mom had a taste of a few types of soup (which were more like a cheesy casseroule than soup) which were delicious. I had tender beef served with polenta which was out of this world. The roasted chestnuts and desserts looked fantastic but we were so full we couldn't eat any more. We paid EUR36 for both of us. I would eat here again if I was in the area."

"We had 2 lunches here; the first was just by luck. We were hungry and drove by and stopped. How lucky! The food was exquisite, the owner delightful, and the service was great. So, the second time, it was not by chance, but by choice. We loved the unusual raviolis and the pork in sauce of hazelnuts and panna was very tender and delicious. It is small and cozy and we give it a 10+ rating."

"It is a restaurant bar restaurant on the outskirts of the village, with excellent views. The general figure is that of simplicity: at the hand and very helpful the owner, simple menu and very spartan accommodation in a clean environment and with a beautiful view of the valley. We tasted some blue cheese dumplings and some stuffed pasta with ricotta and mint. both good. For second a nice tray of raw meat salada, very tasty and soft. Adding two contours, half wine and coffee all under €.What to ask more for an appetizing dinner and, we say again, simple."
