However, once again, I found the quality of the paneer butter masala dish disappointing. It not only had an unpleasant odor but also tasted as bad as it smelled. While I appreciate your attempt to make up for yesterday's mistake, I'm still disappointed. I couldn't stomach more than two bites and left the dish untouched. I'll be sharing this feedback on the Hyatt website. If you'd like, you can take the dish back to see for yourself. I don't want to jeopardize anyone's job, but food quality is non-negotiable, especially considering the prices we pay. The chef should address this issue promptly before more complaints arise.
